Nathan Padilla
Bio
Nathan Padilla joined Reinhardt University in February 2026 after serving the previous year as an assistant coach at NAIA institution Life University. During his time at Life, the team set a new school record with an 18-3-1 overall record and a 9-1 conference record. Life advanced to the Sweet 16 in the National Tournament, achieving a national ranking as high as #9 and finishing the season ranked #13.
 
Over the years, Padilla has held various roles, including technical, recreational, and academy director for clubs in Kansas, North Carolina, Texas, and Georgia. He has also coached at the high school level intermittently. His responsibilities have spanned technical, tactical, fitness, and social aspects, including implementing off-season strength and conditioning programs.
 
Padilla is a part-time faculty member at Kennesaw State University, where he teaches Coaching Principles, Youth Fitness Design & Instruction, and Advanced Coaching Methods for Soccer. He serves as a State Staff Coach and RIC North Lead in the Georgia Olympic Development Program (ODP).
 
He holds a Master's degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. Padilla has earned his USSF C License and is currently pursuing his USSF B License, Barca Intro Coach Education Certificate and Coerver Coaching Trainer Diploma.

Padilla is married to his wife, Amanda, and they have two children, Lana and Landon.
