The Eagles Rolled Over the Rams in an AAC Match-Up

Waleska, GA - The Eagles secured a decisive victory against the CIU Rams with a final score of 81-46 in a pivotal AAC matchup.
The game started with the Eagles asserting their dominance early in the first period. Mackenzie Franklin's layups and a timely 3-pointer from I'ziah McCutchins quickly built a significant lead. Londaisha Smith's consecutive layups pushed the advantage further, concluding the first quarter with Reinhardt up 22-8.
The second quarter featured great defensive plays and impressive 3-point shots by Taylor Collins and Londaisha Smith, expanding the lead to 32 points by halftime, with the scoreboard reading 48-16.
The third period saw continued control by the Eagles as Emariah Grant and Chloe VanDyke charged forward with effective scoring and defensive plays. Significant steals led to fast-break points, propelling the Eagles to a 61-37 lead by the end of the quarter. In the final quarter, Trea Blalock emerged as a key player off the bench, contributing multiple 3-pointers that solidified the win with a 35-point lead.
Londaisha Smith was pivotal in this victory, contributing 20 points, 5 assists, and leading the defensive effort with 2 steals. Taylor Collins came off the bench with a great performance, having 15 points and 3 assists. Emariah Grant added 14 points and 5 rebounds, showing a well-rounded performance.
