League Honors go to Loveless for Second Time in 2021

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Emily Loveless was a force in the batter's box and on the bases over the past seven days, as the freshman went 9-for-13 (.692) with seven runs scored and four stolen bases against the combination of No. 20 Truett McConnell (Ga.) and St. Andrews (N.C.) – both on the road – to be named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Softball Player of the Week.
Other highlights included 3 doubles, 3 RBIs and 3 walks.
This is the sixth edition of the weekly honors for the 2021 season. The next set of awards will be announced on April 12.

AAC Player of the Week
Emily Loveless - Fr. - Rockmart, Ga.
- Batted .692 with a .922 slugging percentage as Reinhardt went 3-1.
- Scored 7 runs and drove in 3.
- Walked 3 times and stole 4 bases.
- When 9-for-13 at the plate with 3 doubles.
- This is her second weekly award this season.
Bluefield (Va.) hosts Reinhardt in a doubleheader on April 10 at 11 a.m.
