Women’s Flag Football 1st Annual Prospect Day
Waleska, GA – As announced in October, Reinhardt University will have women's flag football as its 24th team that will compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
The NAIA had partnered with the NFL to bring collegiate women's flag football in member institutions.
Head Coach Toni Fuller completed her first annual women's flag football prospect day, on Sunday afternoon, as 50 athletes attended to show off their skills. Excitement filled the air as the athletes worked through positional effort, small teamwork, and finished with a great scrimmage.
"It was amazing to see the interest in Reinhardt and the number of ladies that want to further their education while being athletically competitive." head coach Fuller said. "Women's flag football has a bright future at Reinhardt. "
Reinhardt Women's Flag Football looks to host another prospect day in Spring of 2022, date TBD.
