JACKSON, Tenn. -- At the Union University Invitational on Saturday, the Reinhardt College softball squad played three games at Fesmire Field, winning one and losing two. Reinhardt began the day with a 13-6 loss to the Davenport University Lady Panthers before bouncing back with a 4-3 win in eight innings over the host Union Lady Bulldogs, who received 32 votes in the latest NAIA poll to rank No. 34 nationally. Union avenged the defeat with a 7-6 victory against the Lady Eagles.
 Freshman Lindsey Booker returned to action on Friday with one of the Lady Eagles' four hits in their win over Davenport.

WALESKA, Ga. -- Reinhardt College softball players Bailey Arnaud and Maddie Monroe have been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Player of the Week and Pitcher of the Week, respectively, for their play from March 1-7. It marks the first time Arnaud and Monroe have each received the weekly conference honor.
 Cali Lovett went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate in the Lady Eagles' two games on Sunday.

MOBILE, Ala. -- The Reinhardt College softball team concluded play on Sunday at the University of Mobile Classic by splitting a pair of games. Reinhardt began the day with a 1-0 win over the Lindsey Wilson College Blue Raiders before suffering a 2-0 loss to the William Carey University Crusaders, ranked No. 6 nationally in the NAIA.
 Freshman Kimber Beard had two hits and an RBI, plus earned a save in Reinhardt's lopsided win over Dillard on Saturday.

MOBILE, Ala. -- At the University of Mobile Classic on Saturday, the Reinhardt College softball team won two more games, improving to 14-2 overall, the best start in the six-year history of the program. Reinhardt hammered the Dillard University Bleu Devils 13-0 before defeating the host Mobile Lady Rams, ranked No. 18 nationally in the NAIA, by the score of 2-1 in 10 innings. It was the Lady Eagles' second win over Mobile this season.
