WALESKA, Ga. -- Leigh Wintter has been added to the Reinhardt College athletic department as an assistant softball coach. She will assist second-year Reinhardt head coach Glen Crawford with directing the Lady Eagles softball program.

WALESKA, Ga. -- Kimmie Bunten, a second baseman/shortstop from Auburn, Ga., has signed an athletic grant-in-aid to attend Reinhardt College in the fall and play softball for the Lady Eagles under head coach Glen Crawford. Bunten will come to Reinhardt from Apalachee High School in Winder, Ga., where she played for head coach Alex Holmes.

WALESKA, Ga. -- Andrea Thibaudeau, an outfielder/first baseman from Cartersville, Ga., has signed an athletic grant-in-aid to attend Reinhardt College next fall and play softball for the Lady Eagles under head coach Glen Crawford. Thibaudeau will come to Reinhardt from Cass High School, where she played for head coach Tim Ayers.
 For the second straight year, Reinhardt's Whitney Fagge was named as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete in softball.

WALESKA, Ga. – For the second time, Reinhardt College softball player Whitney Fagge has been named as a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete in the sport of softball. To receive the award, a student-athlete must be a junior or above in academic standing, have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale, and have been in attendance at the nominating institution for at least one full academic year.
 Ashley Bramhall was one of four Reinhardt softball players to receive all-region recognition from the NFCA.

WALESKA, Ga. – Four members of the 2008 Reinhardt College softball team were recently honored with postseason awards from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. Earning recognition from the NFCA were senior pitcher/outfielder Ashley Bramhall, junior first baseman/designated player Cassie Davis, senior outfielder Shastin Rader and sophomore outfielder Nicole Rice. All four players were named to the NFCA's NAIA All-East Region Second Team. Bramhall, Rader and Rice had previously received First Team All-Southern States Athletic Conference accolades while Davis was a Second Team All-SSAC selection.
