WALESKA, Ga. -- Sean Stanfill, from Cumming, Ga., has signed a letter of intent to attend Reinhardt University in the fall and play golf for the Eagles in 2010-11 under head coach Ken Dixon, the 2010 Appalachian Athletic Conference Coach of the Year. The 6-foot, 167-pound Stanfill comes to Reinhardt from South Forsyth High School, where he played for head coach Matt Loveless.

SILVIS, Ill. -- The Reinhardt College men's golf team wrapped up its extremely successful 2009-10 season on Thursday at the 59th Annual NAIA National Championship. Reinhardt, the 2010 Appalachian Athletic Conference champion, shot 330 during the third round of play to finish tied for 25th place with a 958 (+106) total, missing the 54-hole cut of top 17 teams (including ties). The event is being played at the par-71, 6983-yard TPC Deere Run course with 29 squads taking part.
