CARTERSVILLE, Ga. – Tyler Hays, from Cartersville, Ga., has signed an athletic grant-in-aid to attend Reinhardt College next fall and play golf for the Eagles under Head Coach Ken Dixon. Hays will come to Reinhardt from Cartersville High School, where he played for Head Coach Tim Graves.
 Jason Mobley was one of three Eagles to shoot 241 and tie for 40th place at the NAIA Region XIII/SSAC Championships.

FORT GAINES, Ga. – The Reinhardt College men's golf team concluded its 2008 spring season on Tuesday at the NAIA Region XIII Championship, which also served as the championship event for the Southern States Athletic Conference. Reinhardt finished in ninth place among 11 teams in the region and sixth of the six conference squads. The 54-hole event featured 18 holes each on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and was hosted by the University of Mobile (Ala.) at Meadow Links Golf Course at George T. Bagby State Park.
 Jordan Bentle led Reinhardt to a third-place finish at the Marine Federal Credit Union Intercollegiate Championship.

CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. – Over the weekend, the Reinhardt College men's golf team finished in third place among 13 teams at the Marine Federal Credit Union Intercollegiate Championship at Paradise Point Golf Course. The 54-hole event featured 18 holes each on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
 Joe Liptak led Reinhardt by shooting 153 over 36 holes, including a final-round 74, in the Eagles' second spring event.

RUTLEDGE, Ga. – The Reinhardt College men’s golf squad participated in the 2nd Annual Piedmont College Spring Invitational on Monday and Tuesday at The Creek at Hard Labor State Park Golf Course. Reinhardt finished in sixth place among the six teams on the par 72, 6481-yard course.
 Drew Hayes led the Eagles in their first event of the spring season on Monday and Tuesday by shooting rounds of 79 and 78.

ROME, Ga. – On Tuesday, the Reinhardt College men’s golf team concluded the first event of its 2008 spring season – the two-day, 36-hole Rome News-Tribune Invitational, hosted by Berry College at the par 72, 6835-yard Stonebridge Golf Club. Reinhardt finished in 17th place among a strong field of 19 squads with a score of 645.
