Affiliations
Reinhardt University is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) in all sports except for men's and women's lacrosse. Reinhardt officially became an AAC member on July 1, 2009 after moving from the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC), formerly the Georgia-Alabama-Carolina Conference (GACC). Reinhardt has competed at the NAIA level since the fall of 2000.
Teams
Reinhardt University currently fields 15 intercollegiate sports teams, eight for women and seven for men. Reinhardt Athletics also supports a coed cheerleading squad. In men's and women's basketball, the Eagles and Lady Eagles compete at the NAIA Division II level. Sports programs at Reinhardt include:

AAC Members
The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) office is in Asheville, N.C., with John Sullivan serving as commissioner. The conference is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and represents institutions located regionally in Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia and North Carolina.
