Andy Kaplan begins his 6th season as head coach of Reinhardt's Womens Soccer team.  Over the last 3 years Reinhardt has qualified for the NAIA Regional tournament twice.  The team has also excelled in the classroom.  During the 2006 school year Reinhardt earned the 7th highest team GPA in the country.  Over the last 3 years an average of  3 players have earned Academic All-American honors.
     Before Reinhardt, Coach Kaplan was a history teacher and boys soccer coach at Marietta High School for 11 years.  Coach Kaplan graduated from Macalester College in 1990 where he was a 4 year starter on the soccer team.  He then went on to earn a Masters Degree at Boston University.

     Lauren Hewett returns to Reinhardt for her second year as assistant coach. Lauren was a member of the Reinhardt College Women's soccer team from 2002-2006, where she was a 4 year starter, and captain of the squad for 3 years. Lauren was an All American Scholar athlete for two years,  an All Conference goalkeeper, and led the lady eagles to their first region tournament appearance. Lauren graduated from Reinhardt with a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree  in May of 2006.
