Andy Kaplan begins his 5th season as Head Women’s Soccer Coach for Reinhardt College.  Each year the Lady Eagles have steadily improved, culminating in 2005 with a 13-4 record.  2005 was the second consecutive year that Reinhardt has qualified for the NAIA Region tournament.  In addition to success on the field, Reinhardt Women’s Soccer players have been outstanding in the classroom.  For three consecutive years the Lady Eagles have had at least 1 Academic All-American and several Academic All-Conference players.

Coach Kaplan was a 4 year starter at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.  In 1990 he graduated as the school’s 7th all-time leading scorer.  He then earned a Masters Degree in Arts and Teaching at Boston University.  Before joining the Reinhardt staff, Coach Kaplan taught history for 11 years at Marietta High School.
