WALESKA, Ga. -- Reinhardt University head men's and women's cross country coach Dianna Hinton Zima recently competed in the 2010 Atlanta Track Club Masters and Open Track and Field Classic, a USA Track & Field-sanctioned event. Held last Tuesday (June 22) at Emory University, Hinton Zima won three medals in her age group.  

Hinton Zima claimed the 800-meter run championship. She also finished with a silver medal in the one-mile run and in third place over 3000 meters.

Last year in the same meet, Hinton Zima placed second after the 800-meter run and captured a bronze medal in the one-mile jaunt.

Hinton Zima is entering her second season at the helm of Reinhardt's cross country programs. The Eagles and Lady Eagles open their 2010 seasons in September.
