The Reinhardt College women's golf team wrapped up the fall portion of their schedule at the Stonebridge Invitational hosted by Berry College at Stonebridge Golf Club in Rome, GA.
The Lady Eagles sent Katie Cash, Gina Kim, and Megan Lane to represent Reinhardt in the final tournament of the fall. Megan Lane led the Lady Eagles with a two day score of 87-80 for a total of 167. Her opening round 87 put her in a tie for the 53rd position overall heading into the final round. She improved her position with a strong second round carding a personal best 18 hole tournament score of 80 which put her in a tie for 39th overall out of 104 golfers. Additionally, a two-day total of 23-over set a new individual 36-hole record for Lane.
Gina Kim carded rounds of 103-115 for a total of 218 to finish in the 99th position while Katie Snow finished in the 102nd slot with rounds of 131-130 for a total of 261 on the toughest course of the year.
The Lady Eagles will return to action again in 2008 as they look forward to competing in the spring semester of their first full year of collegiate golf.
