ROME, Ga. -- Members of the Reinhardt College women's golf team concluded their 2008-09 season on Tuesday by participating in the Southern States Athletic Conference Championship, hosted by Berry College. The 36-hole tournament was held on Monday and Tuesday at the par-72, 6050-yard Coosa Country Club.  

Reinhardt had two players compete in the event, and was led by Megan Lane, who fired 88-91--179 for 12th place among 16 competitors. Katie Cash (105-99--204) finished 14th. The Berry Lady Vikings, ranked No. 6 nationally in the NAIA, won the four-team tournament with a score of 308-315--623, 58 strokes better than the Shorter College Lady Hawks, rated 24th in the country.
