The Reinhardt JV Men's Basketball season concluded after an impressive win over the visiting Southern Wesleyan Warriors.
Reinhardt finishes the season at 7-9, setting a school record for most wins in a season. The JV team began with a win over Tennessee Temple. There were some key victories throughout the year, most notably a win over Junior College team Gadsen State CC.
"I feel blessed to have coached a record number of wins for the Reinhardt program. I think we took a real positive step forward in efforts to bring the program to respectability," said head JV coach Ryan Dyer.
"It was a rough road for our guys with some of the adversity that we faced. We lost a couple of guys to the varsity during the year, but these guys just really kept fighting and working to get better each and every day," Coach Ryan Dyer said.
"Avery Morris and Derrick West were good leaders for the team. They led vocally and by example every day in practice and help set the tone for the rest of the guys," Coach Ryan Dyer expanded.
The JV team will begin off-season workouts at the begining of March.
