WALESKA, Ga. – Twenty-two Reinhardt student-athletes were among the approximately 165 graduates who took part in the College's commencement last Saturday. The ceremony was held on campus inside the James & Sis Brown Athletic Center.  

The Eagles baseball team had seven players earn their degrees, more than any other sport. Those graduates included Dan Audia from Woodstock, Ga. (Bachelor of Arts in history, magna cum laude), Joseph Bracelin from Canton, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration, cum laude), Zach Dickens from Canton, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration, magna cum laude), Tim Duncan from Acworth, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in sociology), Greg Ihlenburg from Canton, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration, magna cum laude), Daniel Jape from Woodstock, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration, cum laude), and Adam Wangcharoen from Powder Springs, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration, magna cum laude).

Reinhardt's men's basketball, men's soccer, women's soccer and softball programs each had two members graduate. The men's basketball players were Donovan McMullen from Riverdale, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration) and Jason Williams from Tampa, Fla. (Bachelor of Science in business administration). Representing men's soccer were John Hackett from Collon, Ireland (Bachelor of Science in business administration) and Neil Skinner from Suwanee, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration, cum laude) while the women's soccer players included Kimmie O'Connor from Marietta, Ga. (Bachelor of Arts in history, cum laude) and Lara Richards from White, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in biology, cum laude). In softball, the graduates were Ashley Bramhall from Houston, Texas (Bachelor of Science in psychology) and Angela Lack from Woodstock, Ga. (Bachelor of Science in business administration).

Sports having one graduate apiece were women's basketball (Nichole Willis from Meansville, Ga.), men's cross country (James Adams from Canton, Ga.), women's cross country (Adrienne Kinder from Waleska, Ga.), men's golf (Drew Hayes from Chatsworth, Ga.), women's tennis (Natalie Stone from Silver Creek, Ga.), volleyball (Tonya Martin from Hayesville, N.C.), and cheer (Katie Carmichael from Alpharetta, Ga.). Willis earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration; Adams a Bachelor of Science in physical education, cum laude; Kinder a Bachelor of Science in business administration; Hayes a Bachelor of Science in business administration; Stone a Bachelor of Science in business administration, cum laude; Martin a Bachelor of Science in biology; and Carmichael a Bachelor of Science in middle grades education.

Reinhardt awards Latin honors based on overall grade-point averages in baccalaureate degree programs as follows: summa cum laude (3.90–4.00 GPA), magna cum laude (3.60–3.89) and cum laude (3.30–3.59).
