MARIETTA, Ga. – Reinhardt College's first-year women's golf program hosted the inaugural Reinhardt College Spring Invitational on Sunday at City Club Marietta with freshmen Megan Lane (Cartersville, Ga.) and Gina Kim (Duluth, Ga.) taking part for the Lady Eagles. It marked the third event of the spring season for Reinhardt.
Among the 21 golfers in the tournament field, the Lady Eagles' Lane finished in seventh place on the par 71, 5813-yard layout after firing a round of 91. Kim shot 114 for 17th.
Four teams competed in the event with Oglethorpe University claiming the tournament title with a 363 total.
Reinhardt will be at the NAIA Region XIII Championship from April 27-29. The tournament will be played on Meadow Links Golf Course at George T. Bagby State Park in Fort Gaines, Ga.
